DWR-2206

**DWR-2206**, also known as **AE101**, is an investigational regenerative medicine cell product for bullous keratopathy. It is a cryopreserved suspension of ex vivo-expanded allogeneic human corneal endothelial cells containing a Rho-associated protein kinase inhibitor. The product is injected into the anterior chamber of the eye to repopulate and regenerate dysfunctional corneal endothelium, offering a potential alternative to donor corneal transplantation. It originated from work associated with Doshisha University and ActualEyes and is co-developed in Japan by ActualEyes and D. Western Therapeutics Institute.
