DX-102

DX-102 is a live-attenuated bacterial vaccine candidate being developed by Delonix Bioworks for the prevention and treatment of *Pseudomonas aeruginosa* infections. It is built using the proprietary ProBVax platform, which leverages synthetic biology to engineer bacterial cells through rational design and the incorporation of novel bacterial immune checkpoint mechanisms. DX-102 is designed to present a diverse set of *Pseudomonas* antigens to the host immune system, thereby inducing protective immunity against this opportunistic Gram-negative pathogen. The vaccine is currently in the lead optimization stage of preclinical development, targeting serious infections that frequently affect immunocompromised individuals and patients with chronic lung conditions.
