DX-107 is a preclinical-stage vaccine candidate being developed by Delonix Bioworks for the prevention of *Neisseria gonorrhoeae* infection. The vaccine is built on the proprietary OMV Plus® platform technology, which utilizes genetically engineered outer membrane vesicles (OMVs) to present bacterial surface antigens. These engineered OMVs are designed to possess intrinsic adjuvant properties, which enhance the immunogenicity of the presented antigens without the need for external adjuvants. DX-107 aims to induce protective immunity against gonorrhea, addressing a critical unmet medical need caused by the rise of antimicrobial-resistant strains of *N. gonorrhoeae*.
