Overview

DXC007 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Hangzhou DAC Biotech, targeting the myeloid cell surface antigen CD33. It is specifically designed for the treatment of relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The drug consists of a recombinant humanized anti-CD33 monoclonal antibody conjugated to Tub255, a potent tubulin inhibitor payload. Upon binding to CD33 on leukemic cells, the ADC is internalized, releasing Tub255 to disrupt microtubule assembly, which induces cell cycle arrest and apoptosis. DXC007 has entered Phase 1 clinical trials in China to evaluate its safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetic profile in patients with AML.
