Overview

DXC013 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Hangzhou DAC Biotech, currently in preclinical development for the treatment of solid tumors. The therapeutic candidate targets Protein Tyrosine Kinase 7 (PTK7), a cell surface receptor that is overexpressed in various solid malignancies, including lung, breast, and ovarian cancers, and is associated with cancer stem cell maintenance and tumor progression. DXC013 utilizes DAC Biotech's proprietary linker-payload technology, which typically involves a stable linker and a potent tubulysin-based cytotoxic payload. By binding to PTK7, the ADC is internalized into the tumor cell, where the payload is released to induce cell death, thereby providing a targeted approach to treating PTK7-positive tumors while minimizing off-target effects.
