Drug intelligence / Profile preview
DXC022 is a preclinical-stage antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by Hangzhou DAC Biotech for the treatment of solid tumors. It specifically targets Guanylate cyclase C (GUCY2C), a transmembrane receptor that is highly expressed in gastrointestinal malignancies, including colorectal and gastric cancers, while having limited expression in normal extra-intestinal tissues. The drug consists of a GUCY2C-targeting monoclonal antibody conjugated to a cytotoxic payload, intended to induce cell death upon internalization into target tumor cells. DXC022 utilizes Hangzhou DAC Biotech's proprietary ADC platform technology to optimize the therapeutic index and target specificity.
