Drug intelligence / Profile preview
DXC023 is an investigational antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by Hangzhou DAC Biotech for the treatment of solid tumors. It features a bispecific antibody component designed to target both Programmed Cell Death Protein 1 (PD-1) and Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF). This dual-targeting approach is intended to combine the effects of immune checkpoint inhibition and anti-angiogenesis with the targeted delivery of a cytotoxic payload directly to the tumor microenvironment. By simultaneously modulating the immune response and inhibiting blood vessel growth while delivering a potent toxin, DXC023 aims to overcome resistance mechanisms common in monotherapy and enhance anti-tumor efficacy.
