Overview

DXC1002 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Hangzhou DAC Biotechnology. It targets both DNA topoisomerase I (TOP1) and tumor-associated calcium signal transducer 2 (Trop-2), making it a dual TOP1 and Trop-2 inhibitor. The drug is designed for the treatment of advanced malignant solid neoplasms. Its mechanism involves delivering a cytotoxic payload to cancer cells expressing Trop-2, where the ADC binds to the target, is internalized, and releases its cytotoxic agent to induce cell death. As of early 2025, it is in Phase 1 clinical trials evaluating safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics in patients with advanced solid tumors[1][4][9].
