DXP-006

DXP-006 is a humanized monoclonal antibody with an extended half-life that targets the Interleukin-1 Receptor Accessory Protein (IL-1RAP). Developed by Beijing Danxu Biopharmaceutical (Singlomics), it is currently in preclinical development for the treatment of various autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. By binding to IL-1RAP, which serves as a common signaling subunit for multiple cytokines in the IL-1 superfamily (including IL-1, IL-33, and IL-36), DXP-006 effectively blocks these pro-inflammatory pathways. The extended half-life modification is designed to improve the drug's pharmacokinetic profile, potentially allowing for less frequent administration and more sustained therapeutic effects compared to standard antibody therapies.
