Overview

DXP-007 is a monoclonal antibody antagonist targeting the Triggering Receptor Expressed on Myeloid cells 1 (TREM-1), currently in preclinical development by Singlomics for the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). TREM-1 is a cell surface receptor primarily expressed on neutrophils and monocytes that amplifies inflammatory responses. By antagonizing TREM-1, DXP-007 aims to inhibit TREM-1-mediated inflammation. The molecule has been engineered for optimized stability and an extended in vivo half-life to enhance its therapeutic potential in chronic inflammatory conditions.
