Overview

DXP-102 is a fully human monoclonal antibody targeting the Triggering Receptor Expressed on Myeloid cells 1 (TREM-1), developed by Beijing Danxu Biopharmaceutical (also known as Singlomics Biopharmaceuticals). TREM-1 is a cell surface receptor primarily expressed on neutrophils and monocytes/macrophages, where it acts as an amplifier of inflammatory responses. In the context of oncology, TREM-1 signaling is implicated in the modulation of the tumor microenvironment, often associated with the presence of immunosuppressive myeloid cells that hinder anti-tumor immunity. DXP-102 is designed to modulate TREM-1 signaling to reprogram the immune landscape and enhance anti-cancer responses. It is currently in the IND-enabling stage of development and has been described as having best-in-class potential.
