DXP-106

DXP-106 is a humanized monoclonal antibody developed by Beijing Danxu Biopharmaceutical (Singlomics Biopharmaceuticals) for the treatment of cancer. It specifically targets a unique epitope on domain 2 of the Interleukin-1 Receptor Accessory Protein (IL-1RAP). By binding to IL-1RAP, DXP-106 inhibits the signaling of three key IL-1 superfamily pathways: IL-1, IL-33, and IL-36. IL-1RAP is widely expressed on tumor cells, stromal cells, and infiltrating immune cells within the tumor microenvironment, where it plays a critical role in tumor development, progression, and metastasis. DXP-106 has demonstrated potent anti-tumor activity in preclinical models and has received Investigational New Drug (IND) approval in both China and the United States, subsequently entering early clinical development.
