Drug intelligence / Profile preview
DYN-R0 is an investigational small molecule being developed by Dynomics for the treatment of cardiomyopathies associated with the PLN-R14del mutation. The PLN-R14del mutation in the phospholamban (PLN) gene is a known genetic driver of inherited dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) and arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy, leading to impaired calcium homeostasis and progressive cardiac dysfunction. DYN-R0 is currently in the discovery and lead optimization stage, representing a targeted approach to address the specific molecular pathology underlying this genetic form of heart disease.
