Dynamized estrogen is an investigational homeopathic preparation of 17-beta-estradiol developed by researchers at the University of São Paulo General Hospital. It is produced through the homeopathic process of potentization, which involves serial dilution and succussion to reach ultra-diluted potencies of 12cH, 18cH, and 24cH. The preparation is administered as oral drops in a 30% hydroalcoholic solution. It was specifically evaluated in a Phase 4 clinical trial for the management of chronic pelvic pain in women with endometriosis who were refractory to conventional hormonal treatments.
