Overview
Dyronib is an oncology drug containing dasatinib, a small molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor. It is developed and distributed by Azista Bhutan Healthcare Limited. Dyronib acts as an ATP-competitive inhibitor of several protein tyrosine kinases, including BCR-ABL (the Philadelphia chromosome), the SRC family, c-KIT, and ephrin (EPH) receptors. By blocking these abnormal proteins, it inhibits the signaling pathways that drive the proliferation of cancer cells. It is primarily indicated for the treatment of Philadelphia chromosome-positive (Ph+) chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) and acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). The drug is available in tablet form in strengths of 20mg, 50mg, and 70mg.
