DZY-4

DZY-4 is a **novel small molecule inhibitor** targeting the transcription factor **FOXM1** (Forkhead box M1), which plays a key role in regulating the proliferation, migration, and invasion of ovarian cancer cells. DZY-4 has demonstrated potent anti-tumor effects in preclinical studies, both in vitro and in vivo, by inhibiting FOXM1, reducing the migration and invasion of cancer cells, and inducing apoptosis. In mouse models, its efficacy in suppressing ovarian tumor growth was comparable to cisplatin, but with lower observed toxicity. DZY-4 is at present considered an experimental compound and a drug lead for further development in ovarian cancer therapeutics[1].
