Drug intelligence / Profile preview
E10H is an autologous natural killer (NK) cell therapy developed by Guangzhou Doublle Bioproduct for the treatment of advanced gastrointestinal cancers, including gastric adenocarcinoma, gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma, and colorectal cancer. As a non-genetically modified autologous cell therapy, E10H is prepared by isolating NK cells from a patient's peripheral blood, expanding and activating them ex vivo, and then reinfusing them into the patient. Once reinfused, these activated NK cells leverage innate immune mechanisms to target and eliminate tumor cells. E10H is currently in Phase II clinical development in China, where it is being evaluated as a first-line treatment in combination with IgG1 antibodies and chemotherapy.
