Drug intelligence / Profile preview
E10H is an autologous natural killer (NK) cell therapy developed by Guangzhou Dabio Biological Products. The treatment involves the ex vivo expansion and activation of NK cells derived from the patient's own peripheral blood. Once re-infused, these activated NK cells are intended to recognize and destroy malignant cells in patients with advanced gastrointestinal cancers, including gastric and colorectal cancer. The therapy is currently being evaluated in a Phase I clinical trial (CTR20222083) to assess its safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy in patients who have failed standard treatment options.
