E10I

E10I is an autologous cell therapy candidate developed by Guangzhou Double Bioproducts (also known as Guangzhou Dabao Bioproducts). It consists of autologous Cytokine-Induced Killer (CIK) cells, which are a heterogeneous population of effector lymphocytes—primarily CD3+CD56+ cells—generated by the ex vivo expansion of a patient's peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) in the presence of specific cytokines such as interferon-gamma (IFN-γ), interleukin-2 (IL-2), and anti-CD3 antibodies. CIK cells are characterized by their potent, non-MHC-restricted anti-tumor activity, combining the cytotoxic efficiency of T cells with the broad recognition capabilities of natural killer (NK) cells. E10I is part of the company's "E10" pipeline of biological products and is intended for the treatment of various malignant tumors.
