Overview

Monoclonal antibody E2.3 is an antitransferrin receptor antibody under investigation for the treatment of advanced cancer. It is designed to selectively target tumor cells by binding to the transferrin receptor, thereby either directly inducing cell death or facilitating the delivery of cytotoxic agents to these cells, while minimizing harm to healthy tissues.
