E7090 + rabeprazole

E7090 + rabeprazole is a combination investigational drug regimen. E7090 is an oral small molecule inhibitor of fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR), developed for use as an anticancer agent, primarily in solid tumors with FGFR alterations. Rabeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that reduces gastric acid secretion, used primarily for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease, peptic ulcers, and related disorders[1].
