Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Ear Clean MD is an over-the-counter topical ear care product developed by eosera for routine ear canal cleansing and maintenance rather than a targeted pharmaceutical therapy. It is a powder formulation containing panthenol, colloidal oatmeal, sodium bicarbonate, and erythritol that is mixed with water before use to create an ear-rinsing solution intended to help remove earwax, oils, and debris while moisturizing and soothing the ear canal, including in people who use hearing aids or earbuds. Its activity is primarily based on nonspecific cleansing, buffering, and skin-soothing effects rather than interaction with a defined molecular target, and it is typically used with irrigation devices such as the Wax Blaster MD system or a bulb syringe.
