Drug intelligence / Profile preview
EB-104 is an investigational chimeric antigen receptor T cell (CAR-T) therapy being developed by Estrella Biopharma. It is designed to target both CD19 and CD22 antigens, which are proteins expressed on the surface of B cells. The dual targeting approach aims to enhance immunologic cytotoxicity against malignant B cells in hematological cancers such as acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). As of November 2024, EB-104 is in preclinical development in the United States for these indications. The therapy utilizes T-lymphocyte cell technology and represents a novel approach for patients with relapsed or refractory B-cell malignancies[1][2][3][7].
