Drug intelligence / Profile preview
EB-DART-NK02 is an allogeneic, dual-targeting chimeric antigen receptor natural killer (CAR-NK) cell therapy developed by Beijing Biotech for the treatment of relapsed or refractory small cell lung cancer (SCLC). The therapy utilizes natural killer cells engineered to express CARs that simultaneously target Delta-like ligand 3 (DLL3) and Disialoganglioside GD2, both of which are frequently overexpressed in SCLC. This dual-targeting approach is designed to enhance tumor recognition and mitigate the risk of antigen escape, a common mechanism of resistance in single-target therapies. As an allogeneic product, EB-DART-NK02 is intended for "off-the-shelf" administration, potentially offering a more accessible and scalable alternative to autologous cell therapies. It is currently being evaluated in a Phase 1/2 adaptive dose-escalation and expansion study.
