EB-DART-NK03 is an investigational allogeneic, dual-targeting chimeric antigen receptor natural killer (CAR-NK) cell therapy developed by Beijing Biotech for the treatment of relapsed or refractory small cell lung cancer (SCLC). The product is engineered to simultaneously target two tumor-associated antigens frequently overexpressed in SCLC: CD56 (Neural Cell Adhesion Molecule 1, NCAM1) and GD2 (disialoganglioside). This dual-targeting strategy is intended to enhance tumor specificity and mitigate the risk of immune evasion through antigen escape. As an allogeneic "off-the-shelf" therapy derived from healthy donor NK cells, EB-DART-NK03 aims to provide a more accessible treatment option with a potentially lower risk of graft-versus-host disease (GvHD) and severe cytokine release syndrome compared to traditional CAR-T cell therapies. It is currently being evaluated in an adaptive Phase 1/2 clinical trial to assess its safety, feasibility, and preliminary antitumor activity.
