EB-DNK101 is an investigational, allogeneic, dual-targeting chimeric antigen receptor natural killer (CAR-NK) cell therapy developed by Beijing Biotech. It is engineered to express CARs that simultaneously target two tumor-associated antigens: Mesothelin (MSLN) and Mucin 1 (MUC1). This dual-targeting approach is designed to enhance tumor recognition and mitigate the risk of antigen escape, which is a common challenge in treating solid tumors like pancreatic cancer. As an allogeneic therapy, EB-DNK101 is intended to be an "off-the-shelf" product, potentially offering faster access and lower costs compared to autologous cell therapies. It is currently in Phase 1/2 clinical development for patients with unresectable or metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC).
