Overview

EB-DTKN-401 is an allogeneic, dual-targeted chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) natural killer (NK) cell therapy developed by Beijing Biotech. It is genetically engineered to express CARs targeting two distinct tumor-associated antigens: Chondroitin Sulfate Proteoglycan 4 (CSPG4) and Disialoganglioside GD2. These antigens are frequently overexpressed in various solid tumors, including melanoma. By simultaneously targeting two antigens, EB-DTKN-401 is designed to enhance tumor recognition, increase cytotoxic efficacy, and mitigate the risk of tumor escape caused by antigen loss. The therapy is currently being evaluated in a Phase 1/2 clinical trial for the treatment of unresectable or metastatic cutaneous melanoma and metastatic uveal melanoma in patients whose disease has progressed after standard therapy.
