Overview

EB-DTNB-NK is an allogeneic, cord blood-derived natural killer (NK) cell therapy engineered with a dual-target chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) recognizing GD2 and B7-H3 (CD276). Developed by Beijing Biotech, it is intended for the treatment of relapsed or refractory neuroblastoma and ganglioneuroblastoma. The cells are further modified to express interleukin-15 (IL-15) to promote cell survival and expansion, and they incorporate an inducible safety switch to allow for the elimination of the cells in the event of severe toxicity. This dual-targeting approach is designed to enhance tumor recognition and prevent immune escape in solid tumors by addressing antigen heterogeneity.
