Overview

EB-G3B7-NK is an allogeneic, dual-target chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) natural killer (NK) cell therapy developed by Beijing Biotech for the treatment of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The therapy is engineered to express CARs targeting both Glypican-3 (GPC3), a well-established antigen in HCC, and CD276 (B7-H3), an immune checkpoint molecule often overexpressed in the tumor microenvironment. By targeting two antigens, EB-G3B7-NK aims to minimize antigen escape and enhance therapeutic efficacy against heterogeneous tumors. The cells are donor-derived (allogeneic) and administered intravenously following lymphodepleting chemotherapy with fludarabine and cyclophosphamide.
