Drug intelligence / Profile preview
EB-MF-CAR-NK-01 is an investigational allogeneic chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) natural killer (NK) cell therapy developed by Beijing Biotech. It is engineered to simultaneously target Mesothelin (MSLN), which is highly expressed on tumor cells, and Fibroblast Activation Protein (FAP), which is expressed on tumor-associated stroma. This dual-targeting approach is designed to overcome the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment and enhance antitumor efficacy in solid tumors. The therapy is currently being evaluated in Phase 1/2 clinical trials for the treatment of unresectable, recurrent, or refractory pleural or peritoneal mesothelioma, administered via locoregional infusion following lymphodepleting chemotherapy with fludarabine and cyclophosphamide.
