Overview

EB-PT-CAR-NK-D is an allogeneic, donor-derived, dual-target chimeric antigen receptor natural killer (CAR-NK) cell therapy developed by Beijing Biotech for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. As part of a Phase 1/2 biomarker-guided platform study, the therapy is matched to two co-expressed tumor antigens identified through individual patient profiling using liquid or tissue biopsies. This dual-targeting strategy is intended to enhance therapeutic efficacy and mitigate the risk of tumor escape through antigen loss. The cells are administered intravenously following a lymphodepletion regimen consisting of fludarabine and cyclophosphamide, and the treatment is typically supported by cytokine agonists such as IL-2 or IL-15 to promote the expansion and persistence of the infused CAR-NK cells.
