EB-PT-CAR-NK-S is an allogeneic, donor-derived, single-target chimeric antigen receptor natural killer (CAR-NK) cell therapy developed by Beijing Biotech for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. It is part of a biomarker-guided platform study where the specific CAR-NK product is selected based on individual tumor antigen profiling (via liquid or tissue biopsy) to match the dominant antigen expressed by the patient's tumor. This 'off-the-shelf' approach utilizes banked NK cells engineered to express a CAR, enabling targeted recognition and lysis of tumor cells while potentially reducing the logistical challenges associated with autologous therapies. The therapy is administered intravenously following lymphodepleting chemotherapy and may be supported by cytokine agonists to enhance cell persistence and activity.
