EB-TM1 is an exosome-based therapeutic candidate developed by Exollence Biotechnology for the treatment of KRAS-mutant cancers. It utilizes Expi293F cell-derived exosomes to deliver anti-oncogenic small interfering RNA (siRNA) specifically targeting the KRAS G12D and KRAS G12C mutations. By silencing the expression of these oncogenic drivers, EB-TM1 aims to inhibit tumor growth and progression. The drug is currently in the discovery stage for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) and colorectal cancer (CRC) and is designed for intravenous administration.
