Overview

EB-Vac1 is an exosome-based vaccine candidate being developed by Exollence Biotechnology for the prevention of viral infections, including COVID-19, influenza, and respiratory syncytial virus (RSV). The vaccine utilizes aTHP-1 cell-derived exosomes as a delivery vehicle for viral antigen proteins or mRNA. This approach is designed to induce a targeted immune response against the specific viral pathogens. EB-Vac1 is currently in the discovery stage and is intended for subcutaneous administration.
