Drug intelligence / Profile preview
EB060 is a recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody developed by Beijing Dongfang Baitai Biotechnology that targets programmed cell death 1 ligand 1 (PD-L1). As an immune checkpoint inhibitor, EB060 binds to PD-L1 on the surface of tumor cells or antigen-presenting cells, preventing its interaction with the PD-1 receptor on T cells. This blockade alleviates the inhibitory signals that typically suppress T-cell activation, thereby restoring and enhancing the body's anti-tumor immune response. EB060 is primarily being investigated for the treatment of advanced solid tumors and has been evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials in China to assess its safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy.
