EB1010 is a preclinical, oral, microbiome-derived peptide drug candidate, specifically an IL-10 inducing agent (EndoMimic compound), developed by Enterome in collaboration with Nestlé Health Science. It is being investigated for the treatment of immune diseases, primarily food allergies (with an initial focus on peanut allergy) and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).
