Overview

EB103 is an investigational autologous T-cell therapy developed for the treatment of relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma and other B-cell malignancies. It utilizes the ARTEMIS technology platform licensed from Eureka Therapeutics, which enables T-cells to be activated and regulated through a mechanism more closely resembling endogenous T-cell receptor signaling rather than traditional CAR-T cell activation. The therapy specifically targets CD19, a protein expressed on most B-cell leukemias and lymphomas. Once infused, EB103 T-cells seek out and destroy CD19-positive cancer cells. Clinical development includes indications such as diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), follicular lymphoma, mantle cell lymphoma, Burkitt lymphoma, precursor B-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma, primary and secondary central nervous system (CNS) lymphomas—including those associated with HIV infection[1][2][4][5][7].
