Overview

EB6103 is a small molecule glycomacrolide being developed by EmpathBio for the treatment of leukemia and solid tumors. It functions by targeting the F subunit of ATP synthase/hydrolase, an enzyme complex critical for cellular energy production and metabolic regulation. By modulating this target, EB6103 aims to selectively disrupt the bioenergetics of malignant cells, which frequently exhibit metabolic vulnerabilities compared to healthy cells. The program is currently in the IND-enabling phase of development.
