EBP11 is an investigational oral drug formulation developed by Entera Bio. Its mechanism of action is currently unknown, and it does not represent a novel mechanism. EBP11 has been studied as a modified oral formulation in clinical trials comparing the pharmacokinetics of human parathyroid hormone (hPTH 1-34) with other formulations such as EBP22, EBP05, and subcutaneous Forteo. The primary indications under investigation include osteoporosis and hypoparathyroidism[1][4]. As of now, there are no approved indications or known adverse events associated with this drug.
