Overview

EBVpoly is an allogeneic cytotoxic T-lymphocyte (CTL) therapy developed by Atara Biotherapeutics, under an exclusive worldwide license from QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute. This "off-the-shelf" cell therapy is designed to target and eliminate cells infected with the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV). It is being developed for the treatment of various cancers, including gastric cancer, nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and glioblastoma multiforme, as well as autoimmune disorders such as multiple sclerosis.
