Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**ECAR01** is an investigational, enhanced autologous dual-target CAR-T-cell therapy directed against B-cell maturation antigen and B-lymphocyte antigen CD19. It is being evaluated in investigator-initiated, single-center, dose-escalation studies sponsored by The First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China for refractory autoimmune diseases and relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma, acute B-cell leukemia, and B-cell lymphoma. The therapy is administered as a one-time intravenous cell infusion and is intended to deplete CD19-positive B cells and BCMA-positive plasma cells or malignant plasma-cell populations.
