Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**ECAR01** is an investigational, enhanced autologous dual-target CAR-T cell therapy developed by Anhui Provincial Hospital. Patient-derived T cells are collected, genetically engineered to recognize both B-cell maturation antigen and CD19, and administered as a one-time intravenous cell infusion after lymphodepleting chemotherapy. The dual-target approach is intended to deplete BCMA-expressing plasma cells and CD19-expressing B-cell populations, with development in refractory autoimmune disease and relapsed or refractory B-cell malignancies. ECAR01 is being evaluated in early exploratory, single-center, dose-escalation clinical studies. ([clinicaltrials.gov](https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT07052565))
