Overview

EDE1111 is a TSLP inhibitor in Phase 1 clinical development for the treatment of atopic dermatitis and other inflammatory skin diseases. Originally developed by Emergence Therapeutics, it was acquired by Eli Lilly to enhance its dermatology and immunology pipeline with a novel, upstream target for inflammatory disease control.
