EDI-M401

EDI-M401 is a preclinical-stage small molecule therapeutic being developed by the Empire Discovery Institute (EDI). It is designed to modulate a specific kinase involved in the oligodendrocyte precursor cell (OPC) differentiation pathway. The primary therapeutic objective in Multiple Sclerosis is to stimulate the maturation of OPCs into myelin-producing oligodendrocytes, thereby promoting the remyelination of damaged nerve fibers.
