Drug intelligence / Profile preview
EDI-M407 is a humanized single-domain anti-idiotype antibody developed by the Empire Discovery Institute for the treatment of HER2-positive cancers. Unlike traditional HER2-targeted therapies that bind directly to the HER2 receptor, EDI-M407 is designed to target the idiotype of HER2-directed antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). This mechanism is intended to enhance the precision and efficacy of ADC delivery or potentially serve as a tool for ADC pharmacokinetic monitoring or neutralization. It is currently in the preclinical stage of development for oncology indications.
