Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**EDIT-202** is an investigational allogeneic induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived natural killer (iNK) cell therapy engineered using multiplexed CRISPR-Cas12a gene editing for the treatment of solid tumors. Developed by Editas Medicine in collaboration with BlueRock Therapeutics, it enhances NK cell persistence, cytotoxicity, and resistance to tumor immunosuppression to address unmet needs in solid tumor immunotherapy. The program was discontinued by Editas in early 2023 and licensed to Shoreline Biosciences.[1][3][5][7][11][13][14]
