EDP064

EDP064 is a multispecific T-cell engager (TCE) antibody developed by Genor Biopharma for the treatment of multiple myeloma. It is designed to simultaneously bind to CD3 on T cells and two tumor-associated antigens, B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) and G protein-coupled receptor class C group 5 member D (GPRC5D), on the surface of myeloma cells. By co-targeting BCMA and GPRC5D, EDP064 aims to overcome potential antigen escape mechanisms and improve therapeutic efficacy compared to single-antigen targeting agents. The mechanism of action involves recruiting and activating T cells to induce targeted lysis of multiple myeloma cells.
