EE001

EE001 is an investigational drug developed by Anhui HygeianCells BioMedical for the treatment of cardiac insufficiency (heart failure). It is a new molecular entity currently in early clinical development. The precise mechanism of action has not been defined or disclosed. Clinical studies to date have focused on evaluating the safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy of intravenous administration in both healthy adults and patients with mild to severe heart failure (NYHA class II-IV). These studies assess endpoints such as cardiac ejection fraction, six-minute walk test performance, serum biomarkers (BNP and cardiac enzymes), cytokine levels (including IL-1, IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α), and regulatory T cell counts[1][2][3][4][7].
