Drug intelligence / Profile preview
A combination therapy consisting of **efineptakin alfa** (an IL-7 cytokine-based immunotherapy), **pembrolizumab** (an anti–PD-1 monoclonal antibody), and **cyclophosphamide** (an alkylating chemotherapeutic agent). **Pembrolizumab** restores anticancer immune function by inhibiting the PD-1 receptor on T-cells, **cyclophosphamide** suppresses regulatory T cells and has direct cytotoxic anticancer effects, and **efineptakin alfa** is designed to stimulate T-cell proliferation and function. This triple therapy is under clinical investigation for cancer immunotherapy, particularly in solid tumors such as ovarian cancer and advanced malignancies.
