Drug intelligence / Profile preview
EG-001 is a preclinical-stage drug candidate being developed by Enhanced Genomics for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. The therapeutic asset is being discovered and developed using Enhanced Genomics' proprietary 3D multi-omics platform, which maps long-range chromatin interactions and promoter-enhancer contacts to identify and validate novel disease-driving targets in specific brain cell types, such as microglia. Development of the program is supported by a strategic partnership with the Alborada Drug Discovery Institute at the University of Cambridge.
